At Daylight Training Club, we focus on high-energy, effective training designed to help you get real results. Our expert coaches deliver structured group classes that build strength, fitness, and confidence.
All classes are 45mins (with a 60-minute session on Saturday's).
Each day has a purpose:
Monday is cardio-focused to build engine and endurance.
Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday focus on strength — lifting heavier, moving well, and hitting PBs.
Wednesday is dedicated to HYROX training, covering all key movements and race prep.
Friday offers hybrid training in the morning, with calisthenics in the evening to build control and stability.
Saturday is hybrid — a balanced mix of strength and cardio to round out your week.
