At Daylight Training Club, we prioritise effective, high-energy workouts that help you achieve your fitness goals through specialised class schedules expertly designed by our fantastic coaching team. 

All classes are 45mins (except 1 hour Saturday's). 

Monday - cardio focused.  Let's increase that heart rate and grow your threshold!

Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are strength focused. Think slower movement patterns, heavy weights and time to home in on form to achieve those PBs!

Wednesday - Our dedicated HYROX training classes focusing on the key 8 movements of HYROX. Ski erg, Sled push and pull, Burpee, Rower, Farmers Carry, Lunges and Wall balls. Plus of course, RUNNING! 

Friday and Saturday - Hybrid. A nice mix of strength and cardio. Get a well-rounded workout in or train hard and put your adaptability to the test.
